Hirtenberger Engineered Surfaces (HES) is member of the Hirtenberger Group and technical partner for innovative functional metal surfaces. In the area of ​​3D printing, the focus of HES is on the surface of the printed components. Under the leadership of Dr. Hansal, in recent years HES has become one of the most important providers of industrial posttreatment of 3D printed metal components in Europe. In addition to the production of compact finishing modules, HES also offers the post-processing of components as a service. The specially developed Hirtisation® technology is a powerful tool for such posttreatment: completely without the use of mechanical processing steps, sintered particles and support structures are removed and the surfaces are smoothed. Hirtisation® is suitable for all common 3D printed metals and alloys.
